1. Requests you can make
- ask for a summary of personal data Cubora is processing about you and relevant processing information;
- correct inaccurate data or complete material that is incomplete;
- request erasure where the purpose has ended and no lawful retention duty applies;
- withdraw consent for future processing that relies on consent;
- raise a grievance about privacy, portal access, security or handling of a project enquiry; and
- nominate another person to exercise applicable DPDP rights in circumstances recognised by law, once those provisions are in force.
2. How to submit a request
Email info@cuborainfra.com with the subject “Privacy or grievance request”, or call +91 84149 84771. Tell us the right or concern, the contact detail used for the project/account, and the project reference if available.
3. Verification and authorised requests
To protect project and account records, Cubora may verify control of the relevant phone/email or ask for limited information already associated with the enquiry. An authorised representative may need to show authority to act. We may request clarification where a request is broad or cannot be matched safely.
4. What happens next
The contact for this mechanism is Cubora Privacy & Grievance Desk. We aim to acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours and resolve ordinary requests within 30 days. Where the DPDP Rules apply, the published grievance period will not exceed the statutory maximum, and we will explain any lawful extension, refusal or retention requirement.
We record the request, verification, action and closure so that the process is auditable. Urgent suspected security incidents should be marked “URGENT — SECURITY”.
5. Escalation
If you are dissatisfied, reply to the case response and request an internal review. Once the relevant DPDP provisions are in force, a Data Principal may complain to the Data Protection Board of India after exhausting Cubora’s grievance mechanism, subject to the process then prescribed.
Consumer rights, contractual dispute remedies and access to a competent consumer commission or court are not removed by this mechanism. The National Consumer Helpline is available at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
6. Service and marketing communications
OTP, project-reference and appointment messages are service communications connected with an action you requested. To stop promotional communication, state the channel and number/email to which the withdrawal applies. Withdrawing marketing consent will not block necessary security or requested-service messages.
