Technology evidence

Established globally.
Built at scale in India—including the Northeast.

LGSF, PEB and modern prefab construction are established building methods. Cubora applies that technical maturity through engineering adapted to the actual building, site, climate and delivery conditions.

A clear evidence hierarchy

From proven method to a verified Cubora project.

Technology adoption establishes maturity. It does not remove the need for project-specific engineering and delivery controls.

01

Established building methods

LGSF, PEB and prefabrication are mature international construction approaches—not experimental product categories.

02

Documented adoption in India

Government-backed projects demonstrate application at residential and institutional scale, including in the Northeast.

03

Standards and project engineering

The applicable structural, seismic, fire, durability and approval requirements are resolved for each site and use.

04

Cubora delivery controls

The selected system is converted into coordinated drawings, specifications, interfaces, inspections and a defined construction scope.

Independent evidence of adoption

Public projects make the evidence concrete.

Official Government of India and BMTPC records show modern building systems being applied at meaningful scale in Tripura, Assam and Nagaland. These references demonstrate technology adoption; they are not presented as Cubora projects.

Standards and approvals

Technology maturity does not replace project-specific design.

Applicable structural, seismic, fire, building-services and approval requirements still depend on the project type and location. Cubora develops the construction approach around current Indian standards and authority requirements.

Review the National Building Code overview

Proven technology is the starting point. Engineering makes it yours.

Adoption elsewhere proves maturity—not automatic suitability. We still verify the site, structure, exposure, approvals, access and intended life of your building.

  • Site-specific structural design
  • Applicable Indian standards
  • Seismic, wind and durability checks
  • Buildability and serviceability review

Move from “Is this technology proven?” to “Which version fits my project?”

Share your site and intended use. Cubora will compare systems and explain the recommendation.
