1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website, you agree to these Terms and the notices linked in the Legal Centre. The portal is intended for adults who can lawfully provide a project enquiry on their own behalf or for an organisation they are authorised to represent. If you do not agree, do not submit information or use account features.
2. What the portal does—and does not do
The website presents Cubora’s capabilities, building-system education, illustrative studies, public technology references and tools for organising an early project brief. Any system direction, compliance screen, scope bucket, cost-readiness indicator or next-step recommendation is preliminary.
A form submission, callback, appointment request or OTP account does not create a construction contract, professional appointment, quotation, price promise, approval, warranty or commitment to accept a project. Those arise only from a separate written agreement, approved scope and authorised signatories.
3. OTP and account security
Keep access to your verified telephone number and device secure. Do not request access to another person’s project or share an OTP. Notify Cubora promptly if a linked number, device or account may be compromised. We may suspend access to protect customers, records or the service.
4. Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorised access, probe or bypass security, upload malicious or unlawful material, impersonate another person, interfere with availability, scrape at unreasonable volume, or use project/customer information without authority. Submitted information must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and must not infringe third-party rights.
5. Content and intellectual property
Website text, diagrams, interface design, branding and original media are owned by or licensed to Cubora Infra Private Limited. You may use them for evaluating Cubora and your own project planning, but may not republish, sell, misrepresent or remove attribution without written permission. Public-reference material remains the property of its source and is identified accordingly.
6. External services and links
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, email, maps, government sources or other independent websites are provided for convenience. Their availability, security, content and privacy practices are controlled by their respective operators. Opening a link does not make their content a Cubora representation or endorsement.
7. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to keep information and digital services useful and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every item is current for every project or jurisdiction. Nothing on the website replaces a measured survey, geotechnical investigation, structural design, fire/life-safety strategy, statutory approval, written commercial proposal or professional advice for the specific site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any allocation of project risk, warranty, delay, payment, defects, insurance or indemnity belongs in the signed project contract.
8. Governing law and changes
These website Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts or tribunals with lawful jurisdiction will determine disputes, subject to any valid dispute-resolution clause in a separate agreement. We may update these Terms prospectively; the effective date identifies the version in force.
